Valentine's 2008

This year, we had much fun making valentines for Hadley's class. She made them puzzle cards which she decorated herself so her friends could get their special message after putting the puzzle together. We had lots of fun with that. We also gave everyone red clay in little heart containers since they don't allow candy in the classroom. Tatumn does less for her class now that she's gotten older, but she did dress up in the spirit. Since she was running late, I neglected to get a picture of her this year. :( All Imogen cared about was wearing a necklace that Tatumn decided not to wear for the day. She was quite happy with that.

Eric and I celebrated our fifth year anniversary this year! We went to dinner sans kids and went to see Atonement ( a wonderful movie). It was a perfect night. It wasn't as elaborate as we had originally planned but we really had a great time together. We should definitely do date nights more often, not merely for special ocassions.
