The Girls

Tonight the girls were playing in their "house" that I set up in the living room this afternoon. They were having such a good time that I couldn't help but take a few pictures. And, as you can see, I FINALLY got Tatumn with her braces!

Love-Love

Oh yes, I finally snapped this picture with the beloved blanket. I thought I'd post it in case she suddenly decides she's too big for such things. Yeah, right!

Beginning 2008

Things have been crazy, as usual, around here. Half of us have been sick, but not Imogen, thank goodness. A stomach bug it would seem has been the culprit and I was fortunate not to get it either, like Immy. The other three, well, not so lucky. But things are on the up and up and that's, obviously, good.

Let's see... I think the biggest news is that Tatumn got braces this week. Being that she's been sick, I haven't snapped a photo of them yet, but hope to do so very soon!

Imogen is beginning to use sentences, real sentences, and this is very exciting for all of us! She's also on an even more complex diet right now and it's pretty hard to plan for any type of snack. It even eliminates many, many common fruits. Actually, it allows for berries and only berries, minus strawberries. I can't stick to it religiously and have allowed the consumption of cantalope to continue. I can't imagine it would really hurt her. She also still gets orange juice once a day because it's the only way I can hide all her supplements without her noticing. I am watering it down though, so hopefully, this is okay. I doubt it is...but I'm at a loss for how to disguise things like fish oil and probiotics. It seems to be my only hope to get these things into her tummy. We have to cut out the main sources of sugar and I don't think O.J. has a shortage of sugar. The doctor also prescribed her a medicine that gets rid of yeast in her system, so we'll see how that goes.

Anyway, I've got to be going to a meeting, like now, so I just thought I'd give a quick update. Hope everyone out there is well.

Love,
All of us
