Imogen + Basketball = Awesome
Last week, some of the parents at Imogen's school invited her to play basketball with their kids starting this week. I had no idea it would be such a success! It's a 6-week program through the local parks and I was quite impressed with our first session today. She had so much fun with the group and I was very impressed with her abilities. All the kids were just so cute together and had so much fun. I'm already looking forward to seeing them play together next week.

At least Rafferty wore the right jersey.
It was VERY painful for mommy, but at least Rafferty supported the right team. I should mention that Eric picked the worst of all days to be sick. As you can see, he's looking pretty miserable, despite the fact that his team won. Poor thing.

Sometimes you flash, sometimes you don't
Got Rafferty all clean this morning and wanted to take a few pictures by the window. The lighting wasn't as great as I would've hoped, hence the flash came out. Isn't he getting BIG?

Immy's Time with D.O.G.
On Friday, the teacher proudly announced that it was our weekend to take D.O.G., the class "pet" home. It was so bitterly cold for Florida weather this weekend and stepping out of the house was shocking, to say the least. For these particular shots, it truly was a get in, get out, kind of experience, but at least we found a lovely shell and D.O.G. got to get his paws in the sand. On the way to the beach Imogen said, "But Mom, we need our bathing suits!" I informed her there would be NO swimming due to the cold and she was pretty upset. Once we got there, there was a definite connection and after a few minutes, she was MORE than happy to get back to the car. Nevertheless, she liked her brief visit and we got the photos to prove it. :)

Rafferty-5 months
Rolling over
Well, here we are at FIVE months! Five months, already! Mister is SO VERY full of personality now. He's active and has a sense of humor and slobbers a lot. He's beginning to roll over multiple times in a row to get to where he wants to be or go. He'll sit up if you put him the position for a minute or so but is not getting to that position on his own yet. He's an awful sleeper, waking multiple times a night but it's his momma's fault. He's not on solids yet and we're still holding off on that. Currently, he's got the nastiest of colds, but you can't really tell in the photos. He still has a smile or chuckle to give, but his cough sounds dreadful. We hope to have that gone REAL soon! He loves to cuddle, loves his baths, and loves to be held. He's chuckier than ever, kinda shaped like a pear with those chunky, chunky thighs. He goes in for an immunization tomorrow and I'll request his weight. I can only guess that'll be over 22 pounds, but we will see!
