"I gotta go, mom!"

Wow!  Another year already here and two BIG milestones with it, not to mention, a new school for everyone!  Tatumn in HIGH school and Imogen, kindergarten! Really?!! Can this be?!!!  Imogen who had some uncertainty initially, especially when meeting her teacher last week, ran into our bedroom screaming, "First day of school! First day of school!" (think Nemo) and was super excited to get to class.  Hadley, was nervous about the social aspect and when I mentioned her teacher's name (it actually has the word "cruel" in it), she was more than a little nervous.  As soon as she met the teacher, I think her fears were dispelled though but I, of course, had to stifle a laugh.  She seemed VERY nice and I think we'll be fine in this department.

Tatumn, who made her way to high school, was nervous, too.  When I picked her up today she was very happy with her teachers and thinks she may survive the move after all.  :)  I can't believe she's so big.  I think she'll do well, despite her worst fears.  She may even end up enjoying herself yet!

After we got the kids to school, Eric, Rafferty, and I walked downtown for our breakfast date where we could take it all in.  Three kids in school full-time now?  It's totally insane.  I can't believe we're getting this old.
