Hopefully, something will be done about this and equality and justice will prevail. Some of the same groups of people, who were also once persecuted against, are largely perpetuating and supporting Proposition 8. Hopefully soon, people will be able to live their lives and love freely, free from discrimination. And hopefully, the individuals who are supporting Prop. 8 will realize just how injust it truly is.

I am from CA this was so weird to me. It goes back and forth. The people have voted the same way 3 different times, and between the 2nd and 3rd time the CA supreme court overturned it. I am sure that it will be on the ballat every time. I am wondering if it actually gets voted on by the people and has different outcome if will be on the next ballat and if the vote will ever change again after that? I think that the %'s change each time getting more and more in favor of it. Another one of those passionate issues that I am sure that we have different views on. BTW thanks for replying to my abortion thing in such a nice manner. Some others arn't so nice and really did appreciate the the comment without the rudness.
