Muir Woods

Not technically Muir Woods, but just outside of.  The trees, the trees, oh, the trees.  So big it's hard to imagine. We did a little hiking, wading through the creek, and I really, really thought our campsite was being raided by a bear at three in the morning one night.  Turns out there are not so many bears there.  Oops.  But the redwoods are, again, one of my favorite things in the beautiful country of ours and so, I thought it was important to expose the kids.  They, too, were pretty darn impressed. Sadly, I was so busy that I didn't take many pictures this time around.
